Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, which are the following:
Canada - Flat rate of $8 for orders under $149.
United States - Flat rate of $11 for orders under $149.
All other countries - Flat rate of $15 for orders under $149.
Shipping is free for orders over $149 for everyone.
We will ship by Canada Post in most cases. We will let you know if there are any changes.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Because purchased items are customized, we do not accept returns but please notify us of the issue and we will make our best efforts to resolve it.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, and Maestro through this website.
If your preference is to pay via etransfer, please contact us.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders will be filled on a first come first served basis once payment has been received. Because our products are made to order and handmade, orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy seasons, we apologize in advance for prolonged delays; we will always try our best to fill your order as soon as possible and communicate unforeseen circumstances as they arise.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Please be aware that there may be delays caused by shipping carriers due to unexpected circumstances such as labour strikes, weather, customs, etc. We will do our best to use alternative carriers to avoid delays if possible.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrived damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and include photographs of the product.
